What are my chances?

So my FW starts tonight and my husband will only BD in weekends. He gets up for work at 4:30 so he is usually in bed before the kids in the summer. My question is if I should BD Friday night and try for again Sunday morning (and that will only happen if he wakes up before the kids) or just go for Saturday night and cross my fingers. I should O on Monday.
I hate his work schedule and the fact that he is in no rush to get pregnant again so to him BD ing is fine for weekends only.
Ugh I hate having to go through all of this.

If your cycle is regular and you're sure the window is correct, DTD once during that window should give you a solid chance. 

If you only BD once, can you use something like an Instead Cup (like a diaphragm for your AF and also used for TTC either after BD or as an AHI method)?  It is supposed to hold the seminal fluid close to your cervix to help improve chances.  Having the Big O after it's in place is also supposed to help as it helps the cervix dip into the fluid.

I've seen them at Target and Walmart in the AF section.  The box used to be white and purple.  I plan on using them again if TTC becomes a chore and we decide to add AHI into the BD mix as sometimes DP is too tired to BD.

I know a little bit how you feel.  My DH also wakes up at 4:20 so timing at night can be tough.  Last time, I took a shower before bed and he feel asleep in the meantime so I had to wake him up and coerce him by telling him I would do all the "work"  ;-)

It would be easier if we didn't need them but not as enjoyable! Thanks for everyone's input. I guess I'm going to just see how the weekend goes. Maybe I can bribe him to BD on Monday if I offer to do all the work.

Maybe make a "date" afternoon, drop the kids at the neighbors have some fun and then bring the kids home? Just to increase chances?
