Where are you in your TTCAL journey?

I'm pretty sure AF will make an appearance today, so CD1 going into our 4th cycle of TTC.

Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming?

No.

QOTW: Do you usually test early or do you wait until AF is late before testing?

I test early because I'm too anxious to wait. I wish I could try to wait though. I've wasted a lot of tests, and am disappointed over and over again each morning hoping for that double line.

Baby names. I'm obsessed and I'm not even pregnant yet. DH thinks I'm crazy.

Officially starting this month. AF is here now, but I am anxious to get off the bench again.

Nothing yet, but I hope to soon!

I try SO hard to wait, but we were "unofficially" trying last month and I knew I wasn't pregnant, and I wasted 3 tests anyway. LOL Like many others, I just get disappointed when I don't see that second pink line.

I started a new job this week. Not sure how I feel about it. It pays more, it's closer to home, free parking (I used to work downtown), and overall more convenient. But I miss my old office and old coworkers. I hope this was the right move for me!

QOTW: Do you usually test early or do you wait until AF is late before testing?  I used to have much more patience with testing and would wait until either the day before AF was due or at least the day of.  I went way overboard last night and POAS at 9 DPO.  BFN, and I was disappointed.
 
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?   I'm just obsessing about succesfully conceiving.  I started googling pictures of pregancy tests at 9 DPO last night.  I feel like I'm going mad!  Aside from my TTC obsession work has been a nightmare this week so that's not helping.

Congrats on the new job!  I experience the feeling of change often because in my industry we change accounts a lot.  I really miss so many of my old office and coworkers too.  Luckily we still meet up in the city for happy hour!

QOTW: Do you usually test early or do you wait until AF is late before testing? I try to wait until 11dpo

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? My crazy-ass cycle. Stupid PCOS. I got my first ever positive OPK and was so excited. I know people with pcos can get multiple surges, but since it was on cd 32 I thought it might be real. Here I am cd 35, a little spike this AM but not convinced I've Od. I will see what my temps do the next few days. I just want to ovulate darn it!

QOTW: Do you usually test early or do you wait until AF is late before testing?  With my last pregnancy I waited until 3 days after AF didn't show up.  I'm planning on waiting until at least the day AF is supposed to be here but I don't know if I will make it, I'm already feeling anxious.

CD 13 I should be entering the FW soon (I'm not charting right now, but I think I know what's going on)

Just my weekly acupuncture on Monday.

I am the queen of early testing.  I just can't hold out!

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?

I have a family wedding coming up next weekend, and it will be the first time seeing any of these people since my baby shower.  It's DH's family and not one person on that side of the family said one word to me after my loss.  My anxiety is getting higher every day.  If my last pregnancy was viable,  I would be about 4 or 5 months by now.  I really wanted to be pregnant again by this wedding.  

I am just trying to focus on pampering myself; getting a new dress, getting a mani - pedi, and having my hair blown out.  I am evening considering having a town car take us to and from the reception instead of plain old taxi.

Where are you in your TTCAL journey?
Well, this is my first time posting on this.  I don't really want to talk with family/friends about trying (just like I didn't before...) so I thought I'd share with you ladies!  I've only had 1 PP period and I've never used FF or any other tracking, but if I'm back to a regular cycle (who knows!) then AF should be arriving or not in a week.

It took us 8 months last night and the only "tracking" I ever did was keep track of the start of my periods to have a reference for an EDD when the time came.  That being said, I'm sort of antsy and what to get ovulation tests - I don't really want this to take 8 months this time!

I wait until AF is late (even if a day) and often tried to wait until a Saturday to test.  Might sound crazy, but I want DH and I to be able to spend that day together and not be rushed off to work.

Many times I wonder if we're really ready to be trying again, but as I already mentioned, I don't want it to take 8 months.  DH also found out that he's got a good amount of traveling for work in the next couple months and I'm hoping he's not out of town when I need him home...if you know what I mean

Welcome to TTC. Did you conceieve your triplets naturally? I think FF can help you, even if you have irregular periods it can help pin point O date. Plus, checking cervical mucus (sounds gross but is really helpful). I We tried a few months on our own, then on my second cycle charting I got KU! Not happening quite as fast this time, but it does help!

We were cleared to start trying again on 01 July, and no positive tests yet.  I'm pretty sure AF has arrived, so looks like a no for this month.

Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming? 

No, but my cycle has been really bizarre for the last few months, and if it repeats again this month I'll probably go see my GYN.

I'm a little test obsessed so far, probably to the point of wastefulness.  I started an Amazon subscribe n save for tests so I can try to regulate myself to a reasonable amount/month.  I don't know why I even bother to test early.  With both of my previous pregnancies, I never got a positive until AF was well over a week late.  It's highly doubtful that anything would show up early anyway.

I know absolutely nothing about TTC.  My H and I have been very blessed with pregnancy so far by letting nature take its' course.  Now that we're actually trying, I have no idea what I'm doing or what resources to look for, and I'm afraid that I'll throw off my whole cycle by stressing over everything.  I'd love to "let nature take its course" but  I have a ton of anxiety and an extreme desire to be pregnant now.  I saw an ovulation test kit thing in Target the other day.  If AF is indeed here, I might pick one of those up and try to figure out how to use it this month.

Hey hon, check out fertilityfriend.com charting is a great way to help pin point ovulation and your cycles. They have free tutorials to learn about charting and fertility. GL!

Thanks - we did conceive them naturally (or spontaneously) Two eggs and one split - so crazy!  (Multiples did not run in my family so we never had a thought about twins, let alone triplets!)  Thanks for the advice on FF - I'll give it a chance!
