My 2yr old is always pushing

I have 2 under 2  and my 2 yr old is always pushing my 1 yr old. I continue to correct her and show her how to play nicely with her sister but the pushing continues. My question is for the moms who have been doing this for a while... Does this go on forever? Will they ever get a long? I just want the to be friends and playmates. I know my one year old is still young but when does it happen?!

    Mine are 16 months apart. 33 months and 17 months old.

    They are pretty inseparable and get along very well... But there is still a lot of rough play between them, sometimes for fun and sometimes our of jealousy, etc.

    Luckily, our daughter (the younger) is quite assertive and we actually have to take her off of our son (the older) more than the opposite!

    When your two year old is just a tiny bit older, you'll better be able to explain to her why she can't push her sister and have her understand you much better. and the little one will be old enough to start defending herself more! It may just be a few more months...
