I have an ob appt friday so im trying to wait until then. But since yesterday when I wipe I have a lot of clear mucus almost like Ive blown my nose. Is this something that you've experienced and its just another pg symptom? What does losing your mucus plug look like? Thks in advance :-)
Your mucus plug does look like thick snot, often tinged with blood. I can't see how far along you are while mobile, but it can sometimes regenerate or may be a labor sign. There's no way to know except in retrospect.
I will be 30 wks with twin girls friday. I was admitted to l&d for 3 days due to strong contractions and shortening of my cervix last wk. They gave me meds to calm contractions and steriods for their lungs. Im still having contractions off and on but not as bad. And I am on sbr. Wish I knew for sure what is normal and what isnt since im a ftm.
If it is your mucous plug it does not mean labor is coming. Many women lose it over a period of weeks. It is not a definitive answer if anything is wrong. However it is something to mention to your OB.
