Hello Ladies - Sorry, I haven't been able to post or even get to my account since the bump updated. At first it looked like I was posting but then they wouldn't show up and then I got an error message that I have no account here - very frustrating!

I finally have my account fixed and need to catch up on what's going on - so lets hear some updates!

PAIF Update:

Still cooking along - will be 38 weeks tomorrow and always in a lot of pain. Baby girl is already estimated to be about 9 pounds so I guess I will be birthing a toddler ... lol I thank G-d every day for my blessing and wouldn't trade it for anything in the world so i will deal with the pain because I know how hard we all are working toward our dream and how blessed I truly am.

PA - glad everything is looking good, but I'm very sorry you're in a lot of pain. That's a big girl!

I've been patiently awaiting embryo shipping which might even happen today. Who knows? I keep saying this but it might really be happening this time.

In other news, I've been trying to manage my diabetic cat while working full time and DH works full time. Nadia, my cat, has gone into hypoglycemic levels (deadly) 5 times in the past 5 days. If I'm home, it's usually fine because I can bring her back up with high carb gravy or Karo syrup. But yesterday (thankfully I was home) she went down to super low levels and wouldn't come up. We were coincidently going to the vet for a different issue anyway, but she dropped so low the vet had to pump her full of dextrose. It's so scary. I could honestly cry. It's very stressful, and I don't have a good handle on it yet. I'm worried sick because I have to be at work today and I have no idea if I'm going to come home to a comatose/dead cat or what. The drama never stops in my life, I swear.

PAIF update

Hi ladies... I hit 29 weeks on Monday and I am still very surprised this is happening.  I passed my 1 hour GTT with flying colors.  I have an u/s on Aug 9 to see if my "low lying" placenta has resolved.  I thank God every day that I am pregnant and I pray for all my IFV friends that you will soon experience the joy (& fear) of a healthy pregnancy.

P.A.  I can't believe you are so close to delivering... and oh my... she is a big girl!  I'm so sorry you are in so much pain.. hopefully very soon that will pass.

Liz, FX that your embryo's will be shipped soon!

Update: Second monitoring appointment tomorrow morning, day 6 of stims today. At my first monitoring the u/s tech said "holy crap there are a ton of eggs" so I'm hoping for some good numbers this time around!

PA - I literally lol when you said you were birthing a toddler, at least its not like that 13 pounder that was just born! YIKES

liz - I hope those embies get shipped today!! and of course that they travel safely!

Julie - so happy you passed that GTT! hope all goes well on the 9th!

PA-sorry you are in pain! You do have a big girl cooking in there though!

Liz-I hope your embryos ship today. As for your cat...do you have her a diabetic cat food? My Moms cat had to go on insulin and they also put her on diabetic cat food. She is now off insulin and is controlled just by the food. I know that doesn't really help with the hypoglycemia though. What does your vet say about her levels?

Julie-glad everything is going well-ish. Hopefully the placenta issue is a non issue at your next scan.

As for me I have an appointment with the Be.er center tomorrow. Hopefully, they will say I can cycle in August/sept. I am just glad that I at least have an update.

I'm 7dp5dt. Beta is Fri. I haven't poas, and am occupying my time overanalyzing everything I do & don't feel. The progesterone and estrogen are kicking my butt.

Baby girl is still cooking she gets weighed again next week. She passed the bpp Monday. We partially moved today and it was a mess but my sisters saved the day. DH is being a brat and I want to slap him.

Lots of exciting updates - love it!  Countdown is on for the start of my FET.  Meds start 18th!  It has been the longest wait, but hopefully all worth it come September.  Yikes!

Love all the positive things happening! FET was Monday so now we wait. I'm not patient so I bought a 50 pack of wondfo's which should arrive Friday. I plan in POAS not long after.

AFM - DD will be 12 weeks on Friday.  It goes so so fast.  I started back to work about two weeks ago.  DH was home with her, but now our nanny starts tomorrow.  At least she is family  too!  I've been awful and even lurking these days since I started back to work.  But I'm always thinking of you ladies!

Hey Liz - I hope your precious embryos ships very soon!

I just wanted to share something I had to do with my diabetic cat. She was a pain when it came to eating on time. I would have to wait to make sure she ate enough and then giver her the insulin shot. At first I would giver her the shot and then of course she wouldn't eat and her levels would drop. After that I would wait till she ate and then give her the shot - worked most of the time and cut down on the episodes.

AFM: I was called about some available embryos on Monday (through another forum) and sent an email stating I was interested on Tuesday and haven't heard back. I know I'm being impatient but it seems like before I know it it'll be 2014 and I still won't have embryos! The last time I spoke to my clinic was a month ago and I just haven't bothered to call back. I always get the same "we have people who are going to donate, but they just need to do the lab/paperwork." Surely if there were several people/couples in May planning to donate at least one would have completed the requirements by now, right? Ugh!
