Good Dream and RE-Vent

I had a great dream just before I woke up this morning.  I dreamt I had twins, boy and girl.  Only thing was that they were born early and I felt really anxious that they wouldn't be coming home.  I was so anxious I wouldn't even name them.  However, the dream ended with the doctor telling me they were doing well and that we could go home.  I remember thinking "I can't wait to surprise everyone with the fact that we had twins."

Then this morning my RE's office called to tell me that my progesterone levels sucked and that my RE wants me to go back to Femara/Letrozole.  I have a lot of reservations about going back on that med, as last time I kept missing my surge and we could never even attempt IUI.  However, they want to monitor more closely so maybe...I just want something to work.

I am still remembering that dream.  Oh how I wish it was reality.  Feeling rather pessimistic about this last cycle, so my hopes are on the next cycle.

Dreams like that give me so much hope. I had one about a week ago where I had two very clear positive pregnancy tests in front of me. I woke up so happy thinking that things were going to change for us. Even though it didn't happen this cycle, I think that dream and the others I have had are a way to keep me feeling hopeful.  Good luck! I know you test soon!

I tested today, mid-day, and BFN. My RE's office called and wanted to update me on my protocol for the next cycle. Obviously, they think there is no chance of me being ku. I am going back to Femara/Letrozole, with extra monitoring. I am just hoping the cycle goes as planned. I have had too many screwed up cycles lately when actively ttc. I agree, the dream did give me hope for the future. I have been hanging onto that all day.
