Do you work? SAH? Both? I stay at home but work part time editing for a web based company. Starting in September I will also babysit for a family on Thursdays and Fridays. G will stay with my mom.

How did LO(s) wake up this morning? Smiling? Crying? Other? G is always giggling! She talks to herself in her crib and when DH or I go in to get her up she does this super excited face where she sticks her tongue out. She ONLY does it in the a.m.!

What are you wearing? Workout clothes: purple gym shorts and a black T. About to hit the shower and change though!

Mani/Pedi? If yes, what color? Yes! Essie's Play Date (purple) on my fingers and hot pink on my toes

What are you most looking forward to today? Heading to Old Navy to buy a few outfits for G! She needs some long sleeve onesies/T's for the fall, so I'm starting to stock up.

What was the first thing you spent money on this morning? Baby jersey headbands from Etsy for G. They are too cute! I never thought I would be a baby headband fan, but she just looks so adorbs in them.

What's for lunch? Leftovers! Pasta with turkey meat sauce

Anything planned that you are dreading today? Putting G to bed. She always STTN, but lately it's been hard to put her down. She gets super fussy and falls asleep in my arms, but wakes up once she hits the sheets. *sigh*

Who's making dinner? Me, like always. DH grills but never cooks. I don't mind though. I found a recipe for a loaded baked potato with a fried egg on top, probably try that out with some veggies on the side.

Haven't spent any yet, but about to spend 20 on a mandatory work lunch that we have to pay for ourselves and don't get input on location. I would never spend 20 on lunch voluntarily!

How did LO(s) wake up this morning? Smiling? Crying? Other?  DS woke up smiling this morning and in a much better mood than yesterday.  Yesterday morning he was up for the day at 4:30am screaming.

 

What are you wearing?  Cropped khaki pants, brown sleeveless cowl neck top, t-strap flat sandals and a long gold necklace.

Mani/Pedi? If yes, what color?  Yes to both and they're both a shade of light pink.

What are you most looking forward to today?  Right now, lunch.  But the best part of my day is picking up DS.

She woke up smiling and happy at 6:30 - however when she wok up in the middle of the night at 2ish - she was squirmy and restless- which has been happening the past few nights. Maybe this is my version of the 4 month wakeful period?

Mani/Pedi? If yes, what color? Pedi - old, and done myself - a purple from Sephora. It's my birthday Saturday and I have told DH that all I want is to get a mani -ped.

What are you most looking forward to today? Seeing my hairdresser - who is also a friend, she is very pregnant  and I have a half box of diapers and some formula for her.

What was the first thing you spent money on this morning? I haven't technically spent money - but I did write a check for car tax. fun.

What's for lunch? a Smart Ones meal and I'm pissed b/c it wasn't until I saw this post that I remembered that I wanted to make a sandwhich today.

Leaving M home with sis-in-law while I go to my appt.  M's having separation anxiety so I don't know how well he'll handle me not being around.  He ended up crying nonstop for 20 minutes.  And SIL had to hold him for the remainder of the hour while I was gone.
