I feel like my supply took a little dip this week, probably because LO is protesting against sleep like a rebel army, and thus protests BF'ing when he's getting sleepy (he makes for it in the MOTN)... I've been trying to drink a ton of water, but I've heard people mention adding oatmeal daily too. Does it matter what kind? I just like the plain Quaker oats from that cylinder can- will that work? Thanks

I started eating oatmeal everyday for breakfast with a cup of mother milk tea. I can't say it helped or not.
At the advice of my pediatrician I a lactation supplement by Gaia. I found it at a local health foods store and cheaper at amazon. I've taken it a few times when my supply dips and my pumping output literally doubles over night.

This is exactly what I have for breakfast every morning.
