pumping???

can you guys give me your pumping routine. LO nursing about every 2.5-4 hours. I pump whenever i think about it. Sometimes not at all during the day.  I just havnt found anything that works for me.

I pump before bed every night.

I pump twice a day, once after she nurses first thing in the morning.  And once before I go to bed.  She will typically nurse between 8-9 and not wake up until 3-4, so I pump right before I go to bed. I am just building up a freezer stash because if history repeats itself like with my first two, my supply will become almost non existant around 7-9 months, so my stash will hold me over awhile longer before having to ff.

I only pump when I'm at work in place of his feedings. But when I was at home, I would pump after he nursed.
