End of teething fever?

DD has a fever of 101.5 but no other symptoms besides fussy and just feeling HOT. Her second molars are almost all in, can they get this fever at the end of teething? We just moved to CA and don't have a doctor yet and it would be an emergency call to old doctor in FL. I have her in cool tub right now and she is having a blast. So hopefully that's all it is?
