Sulcus tear

Did anyone else have a sulcus tear? If so how are you feeling? I had my postpartum appointment today and they said I had an area that isn't healing. It really hurts so I should've known something was up. But I figured it was normal healing. They did extend my disability leave for a week, if the disability company approves it.

I was so excited for some sexy time tonight but now I have to wait another 2 weeks :(.
