Changing pad question

We will be using the top of a dresser for a changing table.  I have been looking at a 4 sided changing pad but I can't figure out if the regular covers will work for this.  I found a Carter's 4 sided changing pad but I am not able to find any covers that specifically say they will work for the 4 sided pad.  Also, most are in the Summer infant brand.  Are they also interchangeable?

We have a 4 sided pad and the Carter's minky dot cover works perfectly. It is hard to find measurements, you might just need to get something and try it.

Ps we love our 4 sided pad. It is great when dd gets wiggly.

We only have a three sided changing pad but I would think that most covers that say they can be used on contoured pads should work.  Our cover is the BRU brand, but it has a little bit of give to it so I could see it working if we had the fourth side.
