"Practice" Rolling Over with LO?

Did your LO just roll over one day or did he/she work up to it and was on the verge before they actually did it?  Did you "practice" rolling them over to help them along or they just did it on their own?

    Mine more or less just did it one day (only front to back so far).  While I don't practice with her when she is lying down and I want to roll her over I do it the way she would so she gets the feel for it rather than my picking her up and putting her down how I want her.

    Mine started trying and would get stuck on her side because of her arm but she kept trying (and getting frustrated). I thought it would be weeks but 4 days later he rolled all the way and hasn't stopped since.
