Hello- I am new to this forum- so I though I would introduce myself. I am 37 with a 3 yr old and a 3 month old- I have 10lbs from each pregnancy I would like to lose. I find I haven't lost anything in several weeks. Last week I started walking 4-5 km every night with the baby in the carrier. But I wonder if this is enough? I am reluctant to diet because I had issues with my milk supply and I am still nursing. So I am looking for diet tips and some fitness suggestions- love to hear your ideas
You should incorporate weight training at least 3 times a week in addition to your daily walking. As far as the "diet" goes, never "diet". Make it a lifestyle. Your success is 80% what you eat and 20% activities...so you need to be mindful of what you are eating.
You should ask you doctor if changing your eating habits (gradually, mind you) will affect your milk supply.
