First U/S and then a slight scare! Need some reassurance! A little TMI

Ok, so I had my first U/S today. I'm 6w1d. My appointment was at 4:00 and we saw and heard a beautiful heartbeat at 109! It was such a cool moment. 
Then, DH and I went to Sam's to get some things. While we were there, my back started hurting, but I just thought it was because of all the walking, and adrenaline wearing off. As we were getting ready to leave, I need to go to the RR. Before I sat down, I could tell there was blood. I totally freaked out! I called my nurse, and she said the wand could have bumped my cervix and caused the bleeding. She also said that since I had been on my feet more, that could have triggered it as well, and I could be dehydrated. I went the bathroom again, when we got home, about an hour later, and I was still bleeding. I put on a pad and it's been about 30 minutes since that, and no blood on the pad. I should also mention I have had no penetration besides the Crinone since before I started stimming! 

My logical brain tells me it's just everything going on with my cervix, and there's no way anything bad happened only 2 hours after we heard the heartbeat. 
My IF brain is trying to tell me otherwise! 

Can I get some reassurance or similar stories so I can sleep tonight?

Congrats on the great u/s, but sorry for the scare afterwards!  No similar story, but you hear of this alot!  I'm glad the bleeding stopped...hopefully that will give you some peace tonight!

It could be irritation from the crinone, which I hear is a common complaint.

Same thing happened to me after my 8 week u/s.  It was so scary - but was gone by the next morning.  All is well with me.  Keep reminding yourself of that heartbeat you saw.
 I seriously never want an vag ultrasound again because of it - but I know I will be getting them to check my cervix b/c of the twins.

This exact thing happened to me when I was pregnant. 2 hours after seeing and hearing the heartbeat for the first time, I started gushing bright red blood, as well as passing fist-sized clots. I was sure it was over. After waiting forever in the ER, we saw baby was fine and I was later diagnosed with an SCH. I had 2 more bleeding episodes and then it completely resolved by 11 weeks.
It is so incredibly scary but it probably was the irritation to your cervix. I really hope it stops soon. Wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months!!

Congrats on the good u/s! I'm so sorry you had a scare afterwards - I hope that things get resolved and that your pregnancy goes more smoothly from now on!

Things will probably be fine, you could have a small sch that they can't see.

Congrats on the ultrasound!  And with bleeding just two hours later, I'd bet you just had a little irritation.

I think ur fine. I also had a recent bleeding scare. I think that you're a okay.

I bleed a few times early on.  Are you still using crinone?  That is what caused my bleeding-it irritates the cervix.
