sessiness and supps?

Do people have sex while on prog supps? I don't even know. We've been on such a long hiatus and to my knowledge we haven't been cleared for traditional intimacy (don't worry, there are other ways we've been "active"). Hoping to get the all clear today, but want to know how others handle(d) it. Thanks!

We got the all clear today (as I guess we got it 5 weeks ago but I never asked/wasn't told. "> ) Luckily Mister D hasn't been that pumped about the whole sex while PG thing,  so he was more excited than anything when I told him we could get it on.

Awww, I'm sorry. I feel so badly for the SCH club girls, I know it must be very scary. I'm not one to post details but hopefully we can break our chain of lame.

When I was on progesterone supps I would do the deed clean up then put the supp in.

Just think about all that you two have been through, the last thing you should let bother you is the goopy sexytime, dude has probably been giving you shots in your arse for--ever now, doubt a little extra mess will skeeve him out. Just *plan* it so it's not around the time that you have to take it. I had to take it before bed so if I had any desire, which was VERY rare in 1st tri, I'd plan before I had to administer the goop. Plus I'd tell him he'd probably get goopy and he could have cared less after 6+ weeks of neglect. Fun times.

The goop hasn't stopped me! DH is so turned on by the fact that I am pregnant and wants it all the time. Sometimes I wish the supps would deter him, lol.

I am on the vaginal tablets not the suppositories but we have had the go ahead since 3dp5dt.. We waited for longer than that though. My tablet is 3xday which makes spontaneous lovin' impossible. And that has always been our way- just in the moment type thing. So I explained to DH we have to plane when to dtd. So far it's worked out ok and he hasn't been too grossed out about the leftover meds...except he asked what the meds could do to his man parts lol

It's been 12 weeks and I just stopped crinone last week but because of the SCH and cysts we are on hold. At this point I don't know that even when we get the ok if DH or I will feel comfortable. I agree with pp to just time it between doses.

Ugh.  I had first OB appt yesterday and asked for clearance but got shot down due to my intermittent spotting.  I have to wait until after my NT scan in 2 weeks.  I too will live vicariously through the lucky ones, literally.

We have been doing it.  (My RE only wanted pelvic rest for 7 days after transfer.)  Afterwards, everybody washes their respective parts and then I put my supp in.

We got the ok after first u/s.... We were still too nervous.... then at 12 weeks we agreed it was "time".  Had 2 good weeks then had some mild spotting around 14 weeks... was on pelvic rest till anatomy scan at 19 weeks....then given the green light.  Now.. its not the most comfortable for me....so creativity has come into play!  :-)
