Formula Question!

I just changed my daughters formula from Gerber Gentle to Similac Gas and Fussy, about a week ago and now I am noticing acne like bumps on her face this afternoon and I am wondering if it is from me changing her formula or does she just have baby acne? She doesn't show any other symptoms they would let me know it is the formula, so I am not sure. Any suggestions to what this might be would be wonderful.

She has had some bumps on her chin but we think that is from her saliva. No new food or anything like that. The bumps seem to be looking better at the moment, less of them.

My LO developed those acne like bumps on her cheeks a couple weeks ago. I havent changed formula so I am not sure where they came from. She is eating solids right now , but even when changing to another food they are still there. I guess next time I go to the doctor I will ask.

My daughter's diet has not changed expect for the formula. She does have a rash patch on her upper chest and shoulder, that has come and gone for months now and we think it is eczema, we go to the doctors on the 21 of August so we are going to ask about it then.
