Anyone familiar with the wholesale brand Monag?

I want to order this onesie for DS's party https://www.etsy.com/listing/129027768/1st-or-2nd-birthday-bow-tiesuspender buuuuut I always get hung up on what size. I started a conversation with the seller about if the onesies usually run small or big or true to size. She said she didn't know since she hadn't actually tried it on a baby before. Not sure if I should get the 6-12m or the 12-18m. Does anyone know how Monag runs? My hunch is that it's a cheap wholesale onesie and to go up. But Will is pretty average and is in 12m currently.
