I'm officially 2lbs from pre baby#1 weight (yay!) and starting to think about maintaining. For those who've BTDT, what was your experience in keeping the baby weight off?
FWIW, I EBF and the weight has come off without too much of a struggle. I've done 30DS and been running pretty consistently and I've been using MFP. I cheat a bit on the weekends a lot and definitely work unhealthy treats into my calorie count when the opportunity comes up.
I'm thinking of continuing to be good during the week, but allowing myself to eat whatever I want on the weekend. I'll keep 30DS up until I return to school in a month and then just run 4 days a week (and maybe do 30DS 1 or 2x on the weekends.)
Any advice?
