Blog post ideas?

I'm going underground and "in hiding" for the upcoming FET so MH and I can for once just have something between the two of us....like it should be. Although, I don't want my blog to be inactive for 3-4 weeks either so I'm taking suggestions on post ideas!! I'd like to keep things as related to IF as possible but still give readers something to check on occasion while I'm avoiding the blog-arazzi. LOL ...did ya like that? Just made it up, haha.

You could write about the "weird" title on The Bump on how it made you feel (if you cared about it). 

That's the only thing I've got, haha.  I need to get a little more creative.

Whenever I have a lull in excitement for my blog, I usually find myself just writing out my feelings about the whole process. Deep thoughts, by Liz. Maybe you can talk about how you were diagnosed and how that conversation went. How were your feelings?

What was one of the hardest times in your process? Are there any realizations or growing points you've had through the process?

Also I've seen some blogger challenges out there. Maybe you can take one of those. Good luck with your cycle! I hope this is it and you get to surprise your readers with a BFP.

I just saw a story on CNN about in CA trying to get sperm donors more rights.  You could write about IF or baby things in the news, how you felt about the royal baby, someone on the PAIF board mentioned MTV had a show about 2 couples going through IVF.

Find quotes or meaningful words on Pinterest or online and comment about those or share them.

You could have a guest poster or interview another couple/person going through IF.

A few ideas (some of which I'm sure you've touched on in the past, but all of which have potential for some in-depth treatment) . . .

-- Impact of IF on your marriage

-- Impact of IF on what family size you're planning

-- Impact of IF on your current finances and future financial goals

-- How IF has impacted your closest friendships

-- Who does DH talk about IF with?  Does he have friends he can speak with about it?  How does he cope with it?

-- Have you confided in your priest/pastor/rabbi/whatever about IF and treatments, why or why not, and if yes, what was the reaction?  Has religious faith helped you in your process at all?

-- What would you do if you found out you were incapable of carrying a child, or if you couldn't use your own eggs? CFNBC, surrogate/donor, adopt?

-- Do you think IF has made you a better person or a worse person?

There, that should keep you busy for a couple of days at least.  ;-)

I don't remember whose blog but I remember someone doing a "letters they'd never send" post. Maybe letters to a future child, to someone who has hurt your during your journey, to your older or younger self...
