How many Betas?

Hi ladies, I haven't officially intro'd over here yet, so I hope you don't mind me asking. 
How many Beta's did your clinic have you do? I will be going in for my 5th one on the 5th. I go in for my first u/s tomorrow, and I'll be 6w1d. I'm thinking they keep having me go back so they can check my progesterone and estrogen levels. 
I'm not really concerned, just curious...and tired of driving! It takes me an hour one way just to get to the lab,and I have to be there around 8:00! 
Me 28 DH 30 Married 08-11-07 TTC since 07/11 HSG 01-21-13 Left FTB Seeing RE 1-28-13 RE 1-28-13 Both tubes blocked LAP surgery 2-15-13 Both tubes removed Started IVF #1 June 2013 Meds: BCP, Lupron, Gonal-F, Ovidrel, Medrol, Doxycycline
Beta #1-BFP!!! HCG-55 Beta #2--111 Beta #3--2,825 Beta #4 22,031 1st U/S 7-29-13 Saw and heard our little sweet pea's heartbeat!! 109 bpm

    I only did 3.  The first one, a second two days later, then the third was 9 days later.

    TTC since 2008
    Dh:34, no issues.  Me:31, Endo, slightly hypothyroid, deformed ovary, paracentric inversion.
    4 Gonal-F, Cetrotide, HcG, Crinone +TI cycles= all BFN
    Lap in 2012 to remove large unresolving cyst discovered endo and double lobed ovary.
     6 Gonal-F, Cetrotide, HcG, Crinone IUI cycles= All BFN,
    1st IVF w/ICSI- June '13 Antagonist: Gonal-F, Menopur, Ganirelix, HcG, Estradiol, Crinone= 7 retrieved, 4 mature, 1 unfertilized, 2 abnormally fertilized, 1 normally fertilized.  2DT of only embryo and our miracle BFP.
    Our beloved baby boy was born sleeping Oct. 13, 2013 due to pROM/IC/Uterine infection.
    2nd IVF w/ICSI- Feb. '14 EPP/lupron/antagonist: Estrace, lupron, HGH, Gonal-F, Menopur, HcG, PIO, lovenox, doxy/dex.=21 retrieved, 16 mature, 15 fertilized!!  5dt of 1 blast/ 6 frozen. BFP!  Beta 1 9dp5dt:83.9  Beta 2: 11dp5dt: 145.2  Beta 3  14dp5dt: 497  Please be our sticky rainbow baby!

    May 2015 unassisted BFP ended in m/c at 7wks
    April 2016 FET #1 = BFN
    June 2016 FET #2 = c/p
    August 2016 FET #3 = BFP!

    Mine draws it every time with e2, p4, and a u/s. I'm 9w and still do them once a week.

    I did 3. First one at 16dpo, two days later, and then two days later. Nothing the next week and then first u/s at 6w3d. I'm so happy to have a "break" from all the blood draws!

    10 and then my OB did 13 but I have a loss history where my betas would start dropping all of a sudden at 5 weeks

    I only had two but they do continue to check progestrone and estrogen levels so they might be running hcg too just to keep on file.Good luck
    TTC Since 112010 Naturally. Diagnose:PCOS(ME) + Low Motility(HIM). Started IVF+ICSI Cycle 12312. ER 27 & ET 210 two embies transferred. *BFN 1ST IVF CYCLE.* **Getting as healthy as possible and will try IVFICSI#2 again hopefully in April.** -- HAVE FAITH; LET GO & LET GOD --

    ***This***  They scheduled my u/s after my 3rd beta.  Had first u/s around 6 weeks... then another at 8 weeks.. I was released to my OB after 2nd u/s.

    3/4/13 measuring right on track beautiful heartbeat 171 bpm, graduated from RE to OB... bittersweet.

    11/13 beta #1  924!!!  2nd bet 11/15 1906, one more on 11/17 3rd & final beta 3430.  First u/s 12/5, 7w4d, 2 heartbeats,
    both measuring right on track....2nd u/s... all is well... both beans measuring right on track... released from RE... first
    appointment with MFM 1/5.  Looks like this is really happening!

    I did 3, one every other day and then we did a 4th when I was bleeding.

    Me- 32, DH- 32- TTC for 4 Years
    IUIs 1-6 BFN
    IVF #1= BFP- M/C
    FET- Beta#1: 69, #2: 482, #3: 1088, #4: 28,318, Ultrasound- 1 beautiful heartbeat
    It's a boy!

    I had 2 betas, but I had a FET and they continued to check my e2 and p4 until I stopped meds at 11 weeks. FX you have a great u/s. =)

    We had 2 this time around but I have weekly ongoing hormone (estradiol & progesterone) checks through 1st tri and possibly longer.

    BzeetyD = 38, Mr. BzeetyD = 44 together 12/02 married 9/08
    TTC #1 since 1/10
    DX: Unexplained/??? MFI issues

    Our lil' lost sparks:
    5w3d loss 7/30/10 - EDD March 2011
    8w loss 4/15/11 - EDD November 2011
    8w3d loss 8/2/12 - EDD March 2013
    4w c/p loss 10/29/12 - EDD July 2013

    Long story: trying on our own + testing testing testing with 6 rounds of Clomid, more testing, injectables + TI, laparoscopy - one tube blocked, 2 IUIs with Follistim...BFNs.
    RPL testing all normal, Karyotyping normal

    Moving on to IVF.

    IVF #1 April 2012 = BFN, IVF #2 June 2012 = BFP. U/S 7/23 = saw heartbeat but measuring behind. Follow up U/S on 7/30 - no heartbeat. D&C 8/2. Trisomy 12. IVF #3 Oct 2012 = Chemical Pregnancy

    Phone consult with CCRM on 12/12/12 - ODWU 1/4/13 - both tubes clear(!) - AFC 24, AMH 3.2, FSH 9.6, LH 5.4, E2 25. DH has high frag rate but improved!
    IVF #4 March 2013 CCRM. EP protocol w/ Menopur, Gonal-F & Dexamethasone. ER 3/29 & IMSI, PICSI. 43R 13M 10F 6blasts bio'd. CCS testing reveals 3 normals!!!
    FET 5/31/13 of 1 4AA blast - thawed and expanded. 4dp5dt BFP.
    Beta 9dp5dt = 181, 11dp5dt = 427. 1st u/s showed a healthy heartbeat! EDD 2/16/14

    After 4 years of hoping and heartbreak, our sweet little bean was born on 2/19/14
    We are so in love with her.

    I only had 2 betas, but I had weekly estrogen and progesterone checks until I was totally off the supplements, I think around week 10 or 11.  
    TTC #1 7/10, Me (31)- Dx DOR (AMH 0.6); DH (30)- normal
    BFP on Cycle #8. Natural M/C at ~8 weeks
    IUI #1 and #2 (8/12, 9/12)- 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel = BFNs
    IVF #1 (EPP) 13R/10M/9F, 5DT 1-4AA blast, beta #1-148, beta #2-322, 5 frosties!

    2 done (at 13dp3dt and 17dp3dt).  Then an u/s at 5w2d.  I will have another u/s at 6w2d to see a heartbeat.  My RE doesn't do any more blood draws if betas double as they should and P4 and estrogen are good.  From then on, it's just u/s.

    I did my fourth this morning which I hope will be my last.  My arms are looking like an addict's!  My first u/s will be Wednesday.

    Funny that our protocols are different even though we go to the same clinic!

    My Betas stunk so I had tons of Betas.  I don't remember the exact number but it was at least 8.

    They only had me do two.  They said as long as it doubled no need for a third.  Drove me crazy though, I would have loved to have another! :)
    Me (37) DH (39); PCOS changed to Unexplained, changed to DOR in 2012 (finally a correct diagnosis!); 
    Started TTC 2009 with RE after 6 months.  
    Clomid + Trigger x2; 
    IUI + Femara x1,
    IUI + Follistim x2;
    IVF #1 (MDL) February 2013- BFN.
    IVF #2 (antagonist) May 2013, First BFP of my life. 
    Identical twin miracle BOYS (!!) headed our way- due date is technically 2/4/14 but c section is scheduled for 1/7!

    Just two betas for me, too, because my doubling times looked good.  First ultrasound was at 7 weeks.
    Married 8/2008. IVF with PGD March 2013.
    3/22 ER: 25R, 20M, 15F. 9 genetically normal, and 3 survived to Day 5
    3/27 ET: transferred 1 embryo, beta 9dp5dt=163, 12dp5dt=639
    4/25 1st ultrasound at 7 weeks = identical twins with heartbeats?!!!
    PPROM at 31w, delivery at 32 weeks of two beautiful girls

    I had one on Thursday and they are rechecking in a week! Seems like such a long time to wait!!!! They said they will check beta weekly with e2 and p4.

    Best of luck on your first u/s tomorrow!!!I thought I'd be done too! I wonder why so many tests?! My progesterone is only 7.4..Dr. said today I'd be on it a while. I'm tired of driving one hour one way for a 5 minute stick! UGH!

    I only did 2. Was told after the first that I'd probably do 3 or 4 but after #2 my nurse said I didn't need anymore and I was scheduled for first u/s. Actually considering the concerns after my u/s I kinda wish we did another one or two.
