Potentially dumb question

Since I have no idea what I'm doing, or what's going on, I figured that I would see if you ladies have an answer to my question (I have an appointment with my dr later this week, so I can ask her then, but I'm curious as to what y'all think)

I miscarried Tuesday, July 16th (spotting started on Friday, July 12th).  I bled for a total of 6 days, and then it went to just some brown discharge when I wiped.  I didn't need to wear a pad anymore.  Fast forward to Friday, July 26th- I started to feel all my standard PMS symptoms (I didn't feel these before I started miscarrying), started bleeding on Saturday, and it feels like a full-blown AF.  Is it possible that this really is my next AF (a mere 1.5 weeks after the miscarriage) or is it more likely that this is my body finishing up my MC?  Thoughts?  Opinions?  Similar experiences?

My fourth round of hCG testing is in a couple of days, so I'm hoping to see low numbers, especially after the bloodbath (I know- TMI) I've been experiencing this week...

My guess is that your body is still finishing up the miscarriage. Once you numbers get low enough your body can ovulate and then 2 weeks after that you would see AF. It can take 5-6 weeks or longer for AF to show.

That's what I've been thinking, but since I'm sooo ready for this MC to be over with, I find myself illogically reasoning for it being finished already.  I really had no idea how emotionally taxing this all is
