Potty and regressing while sick

One of my boys has regressed significantly. He was fully PT.
During summer break he went from no accidents to multiple, I figured it was the break + being sick.
This week he's sick and once again regressing. And by sick I mean a mild cold.

He's had so many accidents that I had to put him back on a diaper, but still take him to the bathroom several times during the day.

I should add that he's non verbal and still won't tell me when he has to go, normally he holds it until I take him.
