When we did the sperm analysis it was a disaster. It seemed to go everywhere but the cup. We scooped it up and put it in the cup but I am reading that's a no no. Tomorrow is egg retrieval so we will need another sample. I am really nervous we won't do it right. I wish we had done a back up sample but guess it's too late now. Last time I held the cup over his penis but I think I am going to make him stand or be on his knees so the cup isn't upside down when we collect it. I googled and I found nothing detailed about getting it in the cup!

Re: Tips for collection?
When we did it DH would be lying down I held the cup over tip of penis, slightly tilted upwards so the semen would more or less hit the top bottom portion of the the cup....does that make any sense LOL! I always ministered with one hand held cup with other....discovered it was better if DH didn't actually try to help
he got in the way hahaha
Best of luck!
