Aches and Pains

Has any one else suddenly developed new pains in the last couple of weeks? All of a sudden I have been having terrible back pains and my crotch and inner thighs have been aching non stop for the last week (my thighs were sore before, but it was usually after I'd been walking and I thought that it was just because of my weight being distributed differently).
