I like it, too. And I think it ages well.

Unfortunately my DH is a huge ginger, so naming a daughter "Ruby" is probably a little too "on the nose."

Most of the Rubys I know have double first names like Ruby Lee, Ruby Anne, or Ruby Kate. The double names make it a bit more of a name. But I do like it as a name. And I see no problem with it aging.

Love it because this is my DD's name... She was totally bald at birth but has since grown into a beautiful ginger girl. Her name fits her perfectly. :-)
