FINALLY some weight loss!

Happy FRiday!!

I have finally lost 12 pounds!! Talk about lame. I was working out using the P90x 4-6 days a week....eating at 1400 calories...EBF....and lost NOTHING. Literally was stuck for the past year at 154. Occasionally i would get down to 151. But no weight was coming off. Prior to baby i was a 142.

I stopped working out 3 months ago and just walk or run.

June 19 I started a new way of eating and tracking my food...and am WATCHING the weight drop off. It feels SOOO good to finally get back into some of my clothes. I am 34 and never struggled with weight like this. Usually just a little cardio was enough to keep me at 135.

So i just wanted to share because you ladies know how hard it is to lose this baby weight and i wanted to share my tips:

Almond milk

Low daily carb intake  (think 50 or less)

30 g fat

Lots of white meat, fish

spinach

egg whites

and use an app to track your food. I use Lose It app.

For me, i thought eating two bananas a day was great, until you see that they pack 27 carbs each. It is totally about WHAT you eat. It is a change of lifestyle and not a diet. its just learning to eat and use only what are bodies need.

 I know we all juggle so much of our lives and i wanted to give back and share. Im so proud of finally losing weight and honestly find this way of eating really easy.
