I lost weight at first and only gained weight the last three months 6 pounds 13 pounds and 10 pounds ... And I'm getting nervous cause I am reading anything over 4 pounds a month is a sign of preeclampsia
Me too! I complain a lot about it ... I don't over eat and I was exercising up until last month. It's just been soo hot out I haven't been doing anything... Going to try to walk some more and see if that helps but I look at pics from like 3 months ago and go holy shit! Feeling ugly ;(
This post is making me feel better. lol I have officially gained 30 lbs at 28w. At this point with DS I think I had only gained 15 or so, and only gained a total of 32! I know that I am more active this time, so it kind of baffles me, but as long as it melts off like it did last time I'm not worried.
The thing that bothers me the most is that I have gained noticeable weight in my thighs. I hate the feeling of them rubbing together, even if it is slight, they never did that before!
26 weeks, about 20-22 lbs from pre-pregnancy weight, but I lost 6 lbs in the first trimester (so from about 13 weeks to now I've gained 26-28 lbs). I hadn't really been exercising though and now that I've been swimming the past couple of weeks, the weight gain has slowed to about what my doctor wants to see. I should be doing more, though, but some days I just feel like I can't satisfy my hunger and I'll eat like non-stop

My last weigh-in last week I was up a total of 4 lbs. It is perplexing to me, because I feel huge. (!?) I lost 15 lbs in 1st trimester though, due to pretty bad morning sickness.
30 lbs, but I just had an appointment and no one mentioned it. I feel huge, but everyone keeps saying I look the same, just with a belly in front.. :-/

Lost 40 to start and gained ten back by 28 week appt. Doctor flipped out at first but when he saw my face he tried to backtrack like it was no big deal. :-S Apparently he now considers it all baby and fluids.
20 pounds I think and I'm 27 weeks, have a appt this morning so I will find out for sure. I don't know if it matters but my mom gained 50 with me, sure hope I don't do that yikes :-S
I am up 28 lbs at 28 weeks. My doctor has said nothing, yet. I have also gained 2 cup sizes up top and a lot in my thighs. Everyone keeps telling me how great I look, but I feel huge!
Not a clue. As of mid-June I gained 15 but haven't weighed since. My scale is broken, which is probably a good thing, and I don't see the doc until Aug 7th.
20lbs at 29&1/2 weeks...midwife didnt mention it but I brought it up asking if is was ok and she said it was fine, although I had put on a chunk of thag weight since last apppt 4 weeks ago. She mentioned that could be due to a baby growth spurt though.
I hate that they use my weight of 115lbs from October as my "starting weight" in my file considering I was 225lbs at my intake appointment. By my count, I've only gained a little over 1lb. For them it's almost 12lbs. Jerks.
I'm at about 20-25 at 29 weeks. Doctor hasn't mentioned any concern, but did comment that I had a slight bump up from 26 to 28 weeks, but also said it was most likely from fluid bc I'm swelling like a mofo!

you must've had a finger slip because i was like WHAT?!
LOL yes it should say 215 and 225. Thank you. I was trying to type with a limp 3 year old laying on me. I haven't been 115lbs since I was in middle school.

Oh thank goodness! I was like, how in the hell did she gain 110 lbs from october to the beginning of her pregnancy???
I made the mistake of weighing myself this morning and I haven't been weighed since my last appointment. Looks like I'm up about 31-34 lbs now. I'm getting worried about it. I'm going to try cutting all added sodium and really watching what I eat better, even though we eat pretty healthy for the most part. It's so hot here every time I go outside I feel like I'm going to pass out, so I guess my only option is to try to go swim everyday. I'm not going to try to lose weight, but I don't feel like I need to gain much, if any, more.
I'm up 11lbs at 29w. But I started out a little heavier. With ds I only gained 18lbs when I delivered at 40w 4d but I also had GD - so I had to follow the gd diet that helped me not to gain a lot.
So people gain more then other- try not to worry too much.

I've gained 10 lbs at 29 weeks. It may be on the low end of what's recommended, as I started at a healthy weight and didn't have any morning sickness, but my doctor hasn't mentioned it and LO is growing right on track.
I've gained 30. My doctor told me that I needed to start watching what I eat and cut out bad stuff. I was overweight before, but I kind of thought 30 was a good number. Baby is healthy and everything is prefect. I haven't gained any for a month. My mom said she gained all her weight in the first 6 months and then nothing....so I'm thinking I am done.
