What the!?

So today Amayah is sitting on my lap growling at this stuffed Stitch doll of mine. It was super cute. Anyways I'm sure she was drying her throat out but what happens next made me go into freak out mode...first I will say she had just eaten some oatmeal cereal and then breastfed before the growling. So then she had this thing where she was sort of gulping for air. I treated it like choking and put her in the position and smacked her on the back and it wasnt really helping so i turned her back upright and patted some more. DH said it lasted about 10 seconds felt like 10 minutes. Anyways after putting her upright and patting some more it cleared. I started bawling so of course she cried too but once i calmed down she was happy and back to goofing around. GERD? Or maybe she got phlemy and maybe choked on it or something? Either way she went on to have a great day and is now sound asleep next to me in bed. Heres a picture of her at swim class today...

Thanks DC your babes are besutiful too! I think I will also avoid meds for now. We will see if it happens again. Today was another great day though!
