Sibset help

We have 2 DS named Matthew and Michael. We currently use only their full names and haven't used nn though we realize that this may come as they get older. We are considering Charles for DS#3 but I prefer the nn Charlie. Would it be odd to utilize a nn for him from the start since we don't with our previous children. Also, how do you all like the name with our current boys names?

I think Matthew, Michael, and Charlie sound good together.

I think it would be completely fine to call his Charlie from the beginning even though you don't do nns for your others!  And I do like Matthew, Michael, and Charlie as a sibset

I love the name Charlie.

I probably would think it is weird that he has a nn and the siblings don't.

I'm also really weird about nicknames though, and generally don't like them.

How do u all feel about Charlie as the name instead of Charles? Do you all think that he'd be better off as an adult with the option to use to more formal Charles?

I think it is okay to use a NN for just one child. DS1 is mostly a NN and DS2 is mostly his full name.
I think Charles compliments your sibset.

I would give him Charles, but I like options. I know a Teddy and he's an adorable 6 year old. Not sure how that'll play when hes 30. Ted I guess? I would honestly never notice that one child is called a nn and the others aren't.

Personally, I would give him the name Charles and call him Charlie.

My mom has a friend who named one of her sons Tom, not Thomas, just Tom.  If it fits for your family to use Charlie, then go for it!
