Questions/Siggy/PIP

I know everyone keeps asking for help with the siggy's and such, but I am starting to wonder if my issue has more to do with Windows8 than anything else.

Does anyone else have Windows8?  I have tried everything suggested and nothing seems to work!  I can no longer right click to PIP either! I am really not happy with all of the changes here and still haven't found a positive change.  Yesterday I was completely locked out, I could see posts but not comment or start a new discussion.

 

If anyone has some good suggestions please throw them my way!
