i'm not sure what wrong with me today, i'm just a little down. i'm worried but i cant even work up the energy to...do anything...i dnt want to talk to anyone, i dnt want to be at work right now. i dnt even want to be home...idk i'm scaring myself. i hope i'm okay
Get out and do something! Make yourself. Take a walk and get some sunshine. Exercise and vitamin D do wonders for depression. Go shopping, visit a friend, go get coffee or ice cream or something. Just get out. Even if you have to take the afternoon off.
