3 yr old daughter not sleeping well and seemingly regressing in bathroom behavior..HELP!

My daughter is fully potty trained, has been since she was 2. For the last few weeks she's been having deliberate accidents. She sits in the floor at school and wets. The other night she was in the tub, 2 feet from the toilet and had a bowel movement and then played with it. Yesterday her shorts were soaked all the way through with urine. I don't know what's driving this. I have my theory, which is that she's rebelling (maybe?) against her 3 yr old class assignment? She's with all the same kids from her 2 yr old classroom so I'm assuming it's one her teachers she doesn't like....maybe? Add to that she's not sleeping well during the night. For the last 3 weeks she's requested that I rock her to sleep, which of course I oblige b/c I enjoy the bonding time with her and in my mind there will be a day when I won't be able to do that nor will she erquest it of me (mommy guilt?) But she wakes at least twice during the night...typically around midnight and 3am and makes a B-line for my room. She climbs into my bed like a ninja and I really don't realize she's there unless she laying up under me and/or I catch an arm, foot, etc to the face/back. This feels like regression to me. Maybe I'm overreacting (bc I am tired as hell from not sleeping well for months now) but I don't know what is going on with her. Our routine hasn't changed. Can someone please share some insights? I'm working on coffee and fumes

Please and thank you!

No new baby or anything? Have you asked her teachers if they've noticed her being unhappy about something or if they have any ideas?

It could be school. My DH is a huge worry wart when it comes to our youngest son and he's a medical professional so has access to different specialists. Our son seemed to be wetting the bed at night out of no where back when he started preschool. The child physcologist he spoke to about it said that it could be an indicator of either a problem at school or him not wanting to go. He only went 3 days a week and we did notice a connection to him wetting the nights when he had school the net day. Turns out there was a kid in his class that was not very nice to all the kids and our son was the little police man sticking up for everyone, but he didn't want to be around the "bad kid". We sat him down and talked to him about it and talked to his teachers. After a couple weeks our talks and suggestions seemed to work and the wetting stopped.
