Reflux question

I want to preface the by saying I'm calling the pedi in the morning ad asking for DD to e seen, but I wanted to see what your experiences have been. DD is a tricky baby. She's always been fussy and has had repeated belly issues. She's a terrible napper unless I let her nap on her belly. She prefers being held straight up, and on my shoulder. The carseat, swing, stroller, etc make her scream. Fortunately she does not spit up much and her weight gain has been good. She also loves a warm bath. She is incredibly fussy with a bottle and prefers to nurse often. At times she will have gas, arch her back etc but this is not all the time she is fussy. I keep thinking that somthing is wrong but I can't put my finger on it. My pedi office originally said (over the phone) that its just gas and with time it will improve. Or that its colic. I had a friend mention that her daughter had man of the same symptoms and it was silent reflux. Has many one had an experience that's similar? What are your thoughts?
