When I clean up dinner, put away leftovers, load the dishwasher, and hand wash the pots and pans....and I think I'm all cleaned up....until I turn around and spy DD's food-encrusted high chair and tray. Ugh.
I errr... I am not very good at cleaning DD's chair...
What really annoys me though is when I do all of the above, and then DH waltzes in the kitchen with his lunch bag. Really dude?
Yes! It's so annoying when he hands me his Tupperware from work and I've already finished cleaning up.
DH's office is in the basement. I get SO MAD when he comes up with armfuls of cups and bowls because he has been he lets the dishes pile up on his desk. Luckily he almost exclusively drinks water and eats dry cereal down there, so there aren't congealed food messes on the dishes. But still!
Ugh. That's the worst, and it happens to me all the time, too!
What gets me is when I spend all this time cleaning the kitchen, loading the dishwasher, etc, and then get distracted and come back to find the dishwasher running. I assume I started it without thinking about it. Nope. DS now knows how to do it. And it NEVER has detergent in there when he does. That's a crappy surprise the next morning!
Unfortunately, this has happened way more than I'd like to admit...
