Gd moms. How long until you were given a diet to follow

I got the call yesterday that I failed one of the reading ps in my 3 hour and was told although I am not gd, I would be referred to someone. I still haven't heard anything and am not sure how to change my diet, I am carb lover with a sweet tooth so it stresses me out every time I eat because I am not sure what I am supposed to do.
