I have another complaint. Every single time I open up TB I get the annoying box that says "Join today, it's fast, it's free...yada yada..." I'm already logged in and on the kindle that box is a PAIN to close. Annoying!

@TobeMrsShavers It's like an annoying pop up advertisement thing or something...Like if you open Zulily and you're not signed in the box that pops up for you to become a member, except I'm already signed in on TB.

I'm on mobile and the link with the name of the board at the bottom of each page is gone now, so I just have to keep hitting back.

Eta: it's back. Guess they fixed it.

They are still rolling it all out - Bump Jackie said they need another day or two to get everything up and running. Glad it's working for you!

I like it for the most part. How do I change the settings so that newer posts come first instead of the most recently commented on post coming first? The posts moving around in order is driving me batty.

I just realized another problem, and it might be my tablet specific and not a bump glitch, when I post I can't see the text box and have to scrool down the entire page to see it again. I  am use to a not being able to see the text box but the scrolling is annoying.

@cnamom - this has been brought up a few times. totally annoying, i get it

For notifications, you only have to click on one of them to make the red box go away... some users were complaining about having to read each one. I tend to avoid clearing out notifications, I just open them and look for any taggings. I read my inbox often so it's always clear.

I've mentioned it to BJ!

@oceanbreeze1 - I'm not 100% sure but when I'm mobile I, too can only see the last post author NOT the original poster. I'll ask Bump Jackie!

@discobelle - weird. I use Safari on my iPhone and have no problems. Is it when you post a new discussion, when you reply, and/or when you quote?!?  Can you try uploading Firefox to your iPad? That's what I use on my home computers.

Not loving the complications with siggys.  I got rid of mine altogether.  Too much white.  The drop down menu to navigate between boards doesn't work.  I assume these things will work out with time though.  In the meantime, I am going to miss seeing my new fruit each week.

But you can see the original poster, and post counts on the not-mobile bump, right?
I knew the first had been mentioned, I just wanted to add my complaint to the box

@nandaB - so weird. I even make sure to scroll down and type outside the grey quote box. hmmm...

Agreed with the PP, having a "one click" option to switch between boards whether that be one of the drop-downs or on the side like it was before is incredibly helpful.  Instead of having to go through four steps like it's currently set up to just switch between this board and another. 

AND, while some may not like it, I would like a "Delete Post" option back!  We're all adults, we shouldn't need to request a post be taken down if we're the author of either a reply or the OP.  Sometimes it's just nice to remove a post after time just for privacy sake..

I also agree with the issues posting a new post or a reply keep getting eaten up instead of posted.

@mesmrewe - when you hover over your post on the main page, does a little grey gear pop up? It should and if you click it you should be able to edit or delete your post (and replies)... At least I thought so. Maybe the delete option is only for Mods?!? Tag me or PM to delete anything, happy to do it

@cnamom - mobile? My DH always tells me to check my app updates if that is happening. Or update my OS. If those 2 aren't the case, I'm perplexed. Let me know and I'll be sure to me ruin it and check to see if Bump Jackie has made any announcements about further tweaks.

Mods only get the "delete" option - it only gives me the "edit" option..

This may have been asked before but I skimmed and couldn't find it. Is there a way to put the posts in the order they were posted and not on last commented?

I am able to access thebump from my nook but I cannot post anything. Not a reply, quote, discussion, anything. When I click into the reply box my keyboard doesn't pop up. Have never had this problem with my nook.

I am not able to access thebump.com at all on my acer laptop. It starts to pull up the page and then it redirects me back to my homepage and says this site is having problems.

I'm not able to post pictures via mobile. I click the attach file, and the browser box is there, but it doesn't let me browse. It's not a huge deal, as I don't post many pictures. I see that others can, so maybe it's my phone???

@ceybeh - hmmm... I'm not sure because it appears lots of Bumpies are having an easy time posting, like last night's PIP wedding ring post. Could you try upgrading your O/S? Maybe turning your phone on then off? Could it be a javascript problem? I think that was discussed a few posts up.

Hmm..I tried turning it off and on and still no go. I'm not sure how to upgrade the OS (it's a Windows Phone). I'll ask my DH how to do that when he comes home. Thanks for the suggestions!

ETA: I meant I turned my phone off and on and nothing. I refreshed the website too.

Thanks @CnAmom. Do you by any chance know how you turn off/on javascript on a Windows 8 phone? I've tried looking at the Internet Explorer settings, but there are not many options. I've also tried looking online to see if I can find it anywhere on how to do it on my phone, but I'm not coming up with any answers. If you don't know, that's ok too. Just thought I would ask!
