I started taking my son (almost 3.5 now) to church every Sunday. He has been pretty good. On Christmas Eve he was horrible so we left early and same thing with yesterday .... absolutely awful so we left. Any tips?
Bring snacks and some quiet activities? Coloring books? Sticker books? I know that defeats the purpose of trying to get them into church, but at least they're there!
We always have snacks/drinks, small dollar store toys, coloring books, reading books, her favorite stuffed animal, etch a sketch, puzzle books. Maybe activity books since your child is a little older?
do they offer an activity room for his age (sunday school)?
At our church they offer activity rooms for all ages (individual for each age group). DS loves going to church and looks forward to it every Sunday morning.
