Lucy's legs aren't chunky, but I worry abour chaffing and whatnot anyway. I've been putting diaper balm on her bum, and then baby massage balm on her legs.
I use a little of the butt paste stuff (Desatin) when it looks like it's getting a little red... DD has crevices in her crevices, so I'm trying to look out for that!
Dr said to make sure they are dry and you can use any kind of zinc oxide diaper lotion or I just use cornstarch to help when it's really bad and then Aveeno or diaper lotion. If it gets really really irritated and bad I'll use a dab of hydrocortisone cream.
Re: Come in if your baby has chunky legs
we haven't had a problem with that yet... do you keep lotion on them? Not sure if that will help or not.
I love the siggy pic!!
