What a hard choice...a full year! I'll go with one I took a couple months ago; I love the proud and carefree smile Kira gave us in the lil' pumpkin patch. (She was looking at DH; I took the pic.) She was 11 months old at the time.

This is tough, but I think this is my favorite picture of the year because it cracks me up. We were at a luau-themed baby shower this summer.
Happily married Mom to 2 beautiful little girls, 2 dogs and 2 cats (all rescues), 2 fish and one 29 year-old firebelly newt. ~ Hoping to add to our family by adoption via Connecticut DCF. Application submitted on 2/4/14. First home visit on 6/23/14. Started class 11/17/14.~

This one was the morning of his first birthday, in May. He LOVED his Elmo chair!!
