Re: where can i donate new baby clothes?

  • I'm sure any church would he happy to take them or at least know a place or person that could use them.

  • We donated a  bunch of unusable baby clothes (too small, wrong season, etc...) and other baby supplies to our local New Horizons center, which is an organization that provides support for young mothers.  I have also given some to our church.

Kudos to you for thinking to help someone with the baby clothes you don't need!

  • I don't know  if you'd want to or not, but you could put an ad on Craigs list that they were up for grabs.
  • Look at Womens Shelters!  I have been donating our unused diapers and formula checks.  They are very grateful for them, also if you care they do give you a tax write off.
  • Right here!!! hehe just kidding....my sis goes to an alternative high school for teen moms and moms to be....maybe somewhere like that? they get lots of donations from churches ect...
  • a hospital would be happy to get them, I'm sure.

  • Adoption or fostercare agencies!  I had zero notice when we received our newborn and we were expecting a toddler!  So I had nothing.  My mom was at Target as we were at the hospital picking up the baby but she only got essentials.  Social workers at the hospital and from the county both gave me outfits as a gift and it meant the world to me!  My agency told me that many people donate to them.
