My DH decided he didn't want to go pick up the take out we were planning on getting for dinner since it is still raining and it was getting late.  And I didn't want it enough to go myself.  So, I had to be creative with what we had in the house.  I wanted something different, not the usual run of the mill dinner.

I'm so impressed with myself!  Delicious.  And, way cheaper than the take out would have been!
