Question about delivering at Loudoun

Does Loudoun require newborns to receive the Hepatitis B vaccine or is it optional (can be delayed for a few months)? Thanks!

Hi,

No vaccines are "required" under VA state law. You must give consent for any "procedure" to be preformed on your child. Just don't consent and you will be fine. Here's a link to some information. If you are planning on day care you can exempt for religious reasons. The form is really simple.
