Deciphering sex on U/S...I have a Q

If the baby is a girl, there are 3 white lines, right?  And if it's a boy, you actually see the penis and scrotum?  Are there any white things (lines or otherwise) in the genital area if it's a boy? 

The reason I ask is b/c we didn't find out the sex for any of our kids.  I was going through DD2's baby album last night comparing belly pics and I happened to look closely at one of her U/S shots.  I could CLEARLY see the 3 white lines!  If I'd known anything about it at the time, I would have known her sex right away.  So that led me to scrutinize baby #3's U/S pics and I *think* there's one shot where I can tell the sex.

I could clearly tell the sex of Aidan when we went in for our ultrasound, I said it before the tech did.  Gavyn was a surprise so I didn't see his u/s photo until after he was born but it was also very evident.

boys are white dots that form a triangle, usually.

There is a white dot at the tip of the penis and two white dots for each ball.

I have a 15w u/s pic of Jack. There is no doubt that he is a boy.

My niece is pg with a girl and her doc said a girl looks like a hamburger and a boy looks like a turtle. I thought that was weird description, but there you go.

Stan was NOT shy when we had his US done you could see EVERYTHING LOL! I remeber the US tech going over his "area" and with out her telling me I shouted it's a boy! It was pretty easy to tell

 

McKenna was a lady and she took a minute but again I could tell right away you see these 3 little white lines and again I shouted it out before the US tech LOL!

You can pretty clearly see the scrotum and penis on DS's photo.  I can't see much on baby girls U/S pictures, but DH claims he can.

I don't know about the lines, etc., but at 20 weeks the tech and the dr. both agreed that there was absolutely NOTHING there. I had them both check 2-3 times, and the dr. (who is very experienced at U/S) said he was certain the baby is a girl. I couldn't tell about lines, but I could see there was no penis or scrotum.

Just went to check DD's U/S pics, sure enough, it looks like a little hamburger!

The three white dots is cracking me up simply because the u/s photo of baby #2 is like a porn star picture.  You can see EVERYTHING and the tech did not have to say a word when she scanned that area-I said it before she could!  haha...there is no mistaking the bits and pieces on this kid.
