oh geez.  let me warn you- only take half of a pill!!!!!!!  I took half of a pill and could have slept for 24 hrs straight.  It also made me REALLY groggy.  However, the nauseous/throwing up did stop.  It really helped.  Just be prepared to be out of commission until tomorrow.  Happy sleeping!!
