I have this one - https://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2266795  and I love it.  It is easy for me to open, but DS isn't able to open it even if he stands on the step.

We have the same one as the PP that was linked --- Love them!  Although Joey and Cam can open them now! 

But we put drawer locks on them and then they can't open them.
