do you cook them first, then freeze? Or do you prep them, freeze them, then thaw and cook when you're ready? I keep finding all these recipes but nothing says what to do if you're going to freeze them! TIA
Hmm... I guess it depends on what it is. For example, I made a big batch of chili last week and obviously I cooked it before I froze it. But I also got some freezer meal cookbooks at the library and none of those really have you cook anything first. But those all have really clear directions (do THIS on the day you prepare it, do THAT on the day you eat it). Sorry, I'm not much help!
