Who was the person that went in with her family to adopt

a family for this christmas and they had issues about how much to get the kids then later found out the kids had family members that were also getting stuff.  She was going to talk to her family about giveing only a few gifts then return the rest or give them to something like toys for tots.

 

What ever happened with that did she update.

Yep, that was me.  We delivered the gifts to them last night, and it was a mom and 3 kids in a pretty small 1 or 2 bedroom apartment (I had started to wonder if they'd be better off than we are and we'd feel silly bringing them gifts!).  We ended up going with the "least common denominator" and since we had 7 gifts for the little girl and for the boy I shopped for, we had my mom scale down her gifts to 7 as well, and she's going to donate the extras to Toys for Tots.
