When we got married, my parents bought us a set of Cuisinart nonstick cookware but some of the pans aren't looking so good anymore. I would like to at least get a new saute pan or something.

I love cookware. Serisouly, I love all things kitchen-ware related. ?
I have a set of All-Clad stainless steel that is very nice. It's pretty nice, but I don't use it nearly as much as my cast iron skillet. My cast iron skillet is huge and after several years of constant use has gotten to be better than any non-stick pan out there. I use it for almost everything these days, usually at least once or twice a day. It's just your basic, inexpensive cast iron skillet and is super heavy.?
I use the stainless steel for basic things like steaming veggies, making pasta/mac & cheese, boiling eggs, etc. I prefer the cast iron for stir-frying, sauteing, searing meat, and so forth. I also use the cast iron in the oven/broiler for roasting chicken and making cornbread.?
In addition I have two nice, large Le Creuset soup pots/dutch ovens (they're cast iron with a pretty colored enamel coating.) I use them for soups, stews, cooking dried beans and things like that.?
I have a set of Emeril stainless that my parents gave me because they never used it. I believe its made by All Clad, but a whole lot less $$. I didn't want to spend as much as real All Clad cost.
