Anyone liver near Orlando?

I am going to Orlando for Christmas with my DD and my sister's family including my 3 year old niece and 1 year old nephew.

Do you know of things to do in that area for kids that age?  Any suggestions other than Disney/Universal/Sea World etc?

If they haven't picked a hotel the Nickelodan (sp) Hotel is pretty cool from what I have heard, and they have their own water park on site for guests staying there  www.nickhotel.com   I'm sure there are many other things that's just the only one I can think of right now
